Spirituality is the foundation of  Hindu culture. In whatever activity a Hindu may involve, from bottom of his heart he knows that, only freedom from this cycle of birth and death is what can bring eternal peace to an individual. Spirituality is the path to achieve this eternal freedom. So it becomes the duty of all Hindus to keep learning, contemplating, practicing and realizing the spiritual truths propounded by countless masters of this land. There has been no dearth of great masters in India who in their own ways practice, preserve and propagate the age old truths about God and Atman. They may appear different in their approach, language and practice, but the essence of their teachings are one and the same and based on their experience. As humans are of different nature, following different traits, having different degrees of intellectual and emotional maturity, these diverse paths are essential.

Some like to ponder and contemplate upon profound ideas on God, Universe, Creation etc so they choose Jnana yoga, while some others love to approach God at an emotional level. They follow Bhakthi marga. Yet another set of people believe in physical and mental activities which yield immediate results. Karma yoga is their path. Hindu culture, from time immemorial had accepted all these varied options as paths towards the same goal, and encourage everyone to choose their own path according to the individual’s comfort level and level of understanding. Now with the help of latest technologies, the holy texts, their commentaries and even audio and video files of spiritual discourses are freely available to everybody. Try to make use of this opportunity and strengthen ourselves so that each Hindu becomes a pillar supporting the great mansion of Hindu civilization.
