Thiruvananthapuram: The bloody Marxists continue their bloodshed spree, this time the murder of Sreekaryam Edavakkodu RSS Karyavahak Rajesh. He was 34 years of age. He is survived by his mother, wife and two young sons. The state unit of BJP has called for a dawn to dusk hartal in protest against the murder.

Rajesh was returning home after Shakha hours when he was waylaid by 15 member armed gang that arrived on motor bikes and autorickshaw. The gang chopped off his arm and flung it into a near by building. Having fled the place after the horrendous deed, locals rushed him to the medical college hospital, but could not save him. Reports state that he had over forty deep gashes on his body.

According to local sources, the CPM- DYFI gang led by Manikuttan, along with dreaded assailants including Prajeesh, Eby, Siby and Akhil spearheaded the attack. “They created an atmosphere of terror, after which they proceeded with the manslaughter of Rajesh,” said local sources under condition of anonymity.

“It is barely a fortnight earlier that theManikuttan headed gang masterminded an attack on the residence a senior local BJP leader,” say local sources. However sources say that police continue to remain inert in spite of having received ample evidences against Manikuttan.

It is again a very sad day for Kerala. When will this stop? Impose Presidential rule in Kerala immediately to prevent these Marxist Jihadi beasts from running wild.

HIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A dawn-to-dusk shutdown called by the BJP after an RSS activist was killed derailed normal life across Kerala on Sunday even as police arrested eight persons allegedly linked to the ruling CPI-M for the killing.
After being summoned by Governor P. Sathasivam, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan promised that action would be taken against law-breakers irrespective of their status and political affiliation. Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh also told him to curb political violence.
The Bharatiya Janata Party called the shutdown after E. Rajesh, 34, a member of the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS), was hacked to death here on Saturday night. He died a few hours later.
All shops and markets across the state were shut and all public vehicles went off the roads, residents and officials said. The few private vehicles which plied faced angry BJP and RSS activists. Kerala Police chief Loknath Behra told reporters that all but one of those involved in the crime has been arrested.
“Their questioning has started. Preliminary indications are that there was political and also personal rivalry,” he said. In another unprecedented development, the Governor, a former Supreme Court Chief Justice, summoned Vijayan and Behra to know the law and order situation in the state.
