Attempt to disrupt Sevika Samiti programme thwarted

Consolidation work among Hindu women by Rashtra Sevika Samiti in Tamilnadu is growing. Extremist groups among Muslim, Communist and Dravidian outfits (Tamilnadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam, Naam Thamizar, Viduthalai Chiruthai Katchi, and DK) tried to create a scene in front of the School where the Guru Puja utsav of the Gobichettipalayam Shaka (Erode District) was in progress on July 13. 

On information, City Police chased the unruly elements away.  The Gurupuja utsav was successfully completed. The utsav was held in Diamond Jublee Hr. Sec School, Gobichettipalayam.  Smt Geetha Ravindran, Dakshin Kshetra Karyavaahika and Akhila Bharatiya Karyakarini Sadasya, was present on the occasion.
