RSS was founded on Vijayadasami day in 1925 at Nagpur by Dr.Keshav Baliram Hedgewar. Chief of the Organisation, Sarsanghachalak will address the nation on this day. Tomorrow, 13th October, 2013 at 7.30 a.m. RSS Chief, Dr. Mohan Madhukar Bhagwat will address the Nation at Nagpur. Vijayadasami Speech is the vision document of the Sangh for the year that ensues.
