Upper caste churches in Kerala refuses to bury converted Christian

Thrissur: Although Christianity boast itself as a ‘Casteless’ religion , Discrimination against converted Christians who were lured into Christianity are discriminated by upper caste Christian Churches in Kerala.

It was only after protest from various quarters Maramon St. Joseph Catholic Church                   allowed to offer the Christian religious rites to a Converted Christian. Rajan who was died on January 10th were buried by the church as the matter got reported in media.

This is not the first instance in which upper caste Church refuses to bury converted Christians. Many goes un reported and often their body is cremated in Public crematorium. Selective leaks of this discrimination now to media is suspected to gain support for the implementation of Rangnath Mishra report.
