Thiruvonam – Vamana Jayanthi

Thiruvonam is actually Birthday of Vamana Avathar .It is just like Sree krishna jayanthi or Rama Navami .

Vamana gave Mahabali Moksham . We are part of a samskara where people wake up by chanting “padasparsham Kshamaswame” .

Mahabali Showed his head to Vamana and vamana gave him Moksha as all living beings are take birth to attain Moksha.

Mahabali was not sent to Pathalam but promoted as Manu by Vamana. This envious title of ‘Manu’ was not even attained by Indra or Varuna. 

Now we are living in Vaivaswatha Manwantharam.In this Kalpa it is now 7 th Manwantharam 7 th manu is called vaivaswatha Manu.

In this manwantharam 27 chathur yuga has passed it is now the 28 th chathuryuga going on it is now the 28 th kali yug of vaivaswatha manwantharam . In this kaliyug 5111 years have gone and now it is 5112
