Panamaram (Wayanad): Underlining that Hindu society can procure its rights only via remonstrations, Hindu Aikya Vedi state secretary PV Muraleedharan has lashed out at the state government for free allotment of land to various Christian organizations. Inaugurating the protest meet, he exposed the government’s move of having given land at no cost, to Kallodi Phorane Church, Bathery St Mary’s College, Pazhoor St Antony’s Church etc.

Pointing out the despicable and malicious motive of the government, Muraleedharan sought to know “why the government resorted to such a move at a time when scores of Adivasis suffer without a patch of land. The Hindu society will join hands and organize protests with force. The matter will be taken up legally,” he said, adding that the Hindu society stood united against all divisive movements like Aranmula agitation and the remonstration against Thanku pastor.

Announcing that awareness camps will be conducted in Wayand, Muraleedharan announced that the entire proceedings will begin on 30 June.
