BJP activist Stabbed to Death by Muslim league goons

Kasargode: BJP Activist Sandeep (24) was stabbed to death here by Muslim league gundas. Tension prevailed in parts of the town  following the murder by a five-member gang of Muslim league gndas. 

 

Hindu organisations conducted a day long Hartal in Kasargode to protest the killing. Sandeep Kumar (24) was stabbed with deadly weapons by the gang near the new bus stand area last night following an altercation over some issue. He died on the way to a hospital in nearby.

Kumar’s friend Prashant, who was also attacked by the gang, had been hospitalised here with minor injuries.Vehicular traffic in Kasaragod-Mangalore section was suspended while most shops and commercial establishments downed shutters in response to the hartal called by the BJP and other Hindu organisations.
