Hindu outfit defies ban orders

PNS | Kozhikode

The Hindu Aikya Vedi defied the ban orders imposed by the district administration on Friday to hold a protest march in Kozhikode town to Tharbayyathul Islamic Sabha at Mukhathar alleging that it was a centre for religious conversion.

The District administration had clamped prohibitory orders under Section 23 of the Kerala Police Act which empowered it to prohibit any procession or public assembly in the city limits. The District Collector, in his capacity as District Magistrate, had issued the orders on Thursday as the Hindu Aikya Vedi was planning to take out a march to Tharbayyathul Islamic Sabha at Mukhathar in the city on Friday.

The Vedi’ allegation was that the Mukathar facility was a centre for religious conversion, and the charge had gathered significance in the context of the reports about a planned Islamist campaign to convert non-Muslim girls into Islam bu using love as bait.

The prohibition order, applicable to religious and community organizations, was issued after considering that such a step was necessary for public peace and safety, an official said. Additional District Magistrate PM Babu, the District Collector in-charge, issued the orders. District Collector P.B. Salim, who was posted to Kannur during the by-election in the Kannur Assembly constituency, was to assume charge here on Friday.

The district administration made an attempt to hold a meeting with the office-bearers of the Vedi to get the march to Mukhatar, a communally sensitive area, cancelled, but they refuse to call off the rally.

Islamist organization Popular Front of India (National Development Front) had come out with a statement that it would block the march. The administration had received Intelligence input warning of law-and-order problems if the vedi activists took out the march. The report had warned of communal tension brewing in the area in the past couple of days.

nss and sndp
it is sad for the hindu community that even for this crucial problem facing the haindava community, the nss and sndp leaders cannot work in cooperation. they both are acting under the guidance of antihaindava forces and work as enemies. narayanapanikkar is in the pocket of kottayam achayans and vellappally is in the sack of madini, resulting their community members sucks.

Good show !!!
Good show HAV volunteers. Mathrubhumi reports that both the HAV leaders and the police officers were sensible enough not to provoke each other. HAV volunteers also allowed a jeep carrying a sick Muslim woman safely (this may have been a tactic of NDF to see if the jeep is stopped, and later start a communal riot based on this).

@gaga,
The march was stopped by the police and not any jehadi organisation. It was a peaceful protest.

Salutes to HAV volunteers
Congradulation to HAV volunteers. I consider them equal to our freedom fighters.Love Jihad or Inter religious, both are one and the same. No one is converted to Hinduism Hinduism after inter religious marriage. Alwys the Hindu partner is forced to accept semetic cult.Special Marriage Act is a Killer of Hindu religion. This law should eb scrapped immediately. Hindu organisations should keep watch all registration offices where such marriages are registered. Some girls are converted to Christainity as a pre requirement for marriage and then the marriage is solmnised in Churches. HAV should object all such marriages. We cannot sit silent at this injustice. I salute all HAV volunteers who participated in the protest march.

We can stop love Jihad & Revenge it
We can stop love Jihad & Revenge it

We should investigate it by the help of NSS,SNDP and other hindu organisations.

go to every karayogam/SNDP Shakha or other caste offices and collect the data of the girls who are missing.

why we are waiting. SNDP/NSS and all are against Love Jihad. So collect the data of the girls who are missing .

Then submit to the public.

We should wake up.otherwise after 50 years.there wont be any hindus in kerala.

Christians have Kerala congress,Muslims have muslim league.

Also they have their own pseudo secularist face in Congress and CPM.

what we hindus have,Put money in Temple Hundi for christians and muslims prosperity.

we are paying crores of rupees in temples and this money is directly going to atheist communists their only aim to disgrace Hindus, and the congress who are only worried for christians and muslims.

wake for our next generations atleast

HAV is not getting the required public support from Hindus.
What the HAV is doing is an important and commendable work. They are not a large group. They could be muscled into silence by the Jihadists. We must gather public support from Hindus in large numbers. We should not fight the story of the four oxen which remained alive united and perished when they were divided. What happned to a family a mile away from your home may not matter to you and your neighbor. What happens to your neighbor may not matter to you, until it hits you. So it is time for us to take arivall and go out. Arivall and chuittika have some more important work to do rather than being a symbol in a flag. They are not only the symbol of productivity and prosperity, but also the symbol of security of the society. You heard it comrades?
