Temple thefts continue in Kerala

In the third incident of temple theft in the past two days in Kerala, burglars stole the idol of Lord Mahavishnu shrine at Echillam near Aralam in Kannur district on Thursday night.

Burglars had stolen the dome of the sanctum sanctorum of a temple in Pathanamthitta and the ornaments of the deity of another shrine in Mavelikkara, Alappuzha early Wednesday morning.

The burglars had taken away the 0.5-metre tall idol (Balibimbam) made of five kilos of Panchaloha alloy after breaking open the sanctum sanctorum of the Echillam temple. The theft was noticed by priest Krishnan Namboothiri when he reached the temple for the morning Poojas at 5.00 am Friday.

The temple was closed on Thursday after the evening Poojas at 7.00 pm, Namboothiri said. According to the police, the burglars could have entered the inner circle of the temple after breaking open the lock of the building surrounding the sanctum sanctorum and stolen the idol after breaking the door using a machete.

A machete had been recovered from the crime scene. Some golden ornaments also had been stolen along with the idol from the Echillam shrine. Temple authorities and local residents said Echillam and neighbouring places did not have a history of thefts at places of worship.

On early Wednesday morning, burglars had stolen the gold-plated dome atop the sanctum sanctorum of the Sree Bhagavati temple at Kalluppara near Thiruvalla in Kerala’s Pathanamthitta district after killing a temple employee while several gold ornaments of the main idol of the Sree Krishna Swamy temple at Mavelikkara in Alappuzha district were stolen in another incident.

The burglars had stolen the dome of the sanctum sanctorum of the temple at Kalluppara after stabbing employee Gopalakrishna Kaimal to death and tying Chandrasekharan, the watchman of the temple, to a pillar. According to the temple authorities, the dome of the sanctum sanctorum had been plated with ten sovereigns of gold and it could have contained Iridium.

Need a thorough investigation
The temple theft needs a thorough investigation.Should not be considered as another theft on your neighborhood.

Why?

Sometime back, in these columns, I read another article about jihadi terrorists involvement in gold shops burglaries. How the money was diverted to various groups, etc., So, what will happen if a group of armed jihadi terrorists (as Kerala is famous for appeasement of such type of elements)attack the famous temples? Usually, Hindus are not united and they do their work calmly, but what will happen when sudden attack come on them? Before the Hindus could rise, much damage could have been done. This is not a joke, this is what happened in the past. So, proper security should be given not only to all the temples, --for the temples are under the control of the government and they should be held be responsible for such thefts--maximum protection should be given to shri ananthapadmanabha swami temple and the ongoing process of evaluation of its assets.

Hindus Protect Our Temples, Save our country From Enemies
There is a world wide conspiracy against Hindus. Jihadis, Pakistan, and our enmies from within and without in cohort with our government are determined to destroy our temples, loot our temole wealth and diminsh our cultural impact. Coetmporary Bharat-because of wealth in our temples, rich in gold ornaments, and all inclusive Dharma tradition, is destermined to play a significant role in the world arena.

Despite its richness in culture, scientific temper, kniwledge, vast area and diveristy of it people, Bharat has not displayed the diplomatic finess or courage or use our military potential or coomercial accumen. Surrender and acting like zombies and supporting our enemies is an option for our anti national criminal, corrupt political groups. Protecting our temples is the duty and responsibility of the government. Since Hindus are electing, re electing Jihadi groups and anti Hindu christians in Kerala such things are invetiably occur in Kerala. Why our Hindu leaders, Hindu organizations make a hue and cry, and noise of such precious temple theft? It is amassing.It is the state policy of Marxist or Islamized goverbment in power to igonure Hindu temple theft. The government has deliberately failed to arrest, prosecute criminals and prevent such daring robberies. Hindus have to wake up from deep sellp and be active and protect our temples. Do not compromise with temple robbers, cultural vultues and anti Hindu criminals. Protect our temoples by all means, preserve our culture, and promote our civilization.Hindus have to x\reate a Temple protection force. At some points we have to use all necessary force to liberate all our temples from the pseudo secular governments.It requires iron will, lion heart, discipline and determination. And it can be done.
