Centre to challenge AP HC order on sub-quota for minorities with a "sense of urgency"

The Centre will challenge in the Supreme Court the order of the Andhra Pradesh High Court striking down its 4.5 per cent sub-quota to minorities within OBC reservation in central educational institutions and jobs saying that the decision was based on religious grounds.

"We will go to the Supreme Court by way of a Special Leave Petition (SLP) against the Andhra Pradesh High Court order,"

Union Minister for Law and Minority Affairs Salman Khurshid told reporters here. He said that the government would like to address the matter with a "sense of urgency".

Raj Puducode 03/06/2012 17:10:37	Secularism is another word for hating Hindus On the name of secularism, lots of facilities and cash incentives are given to Muslims and Christians. Haj subsidy is given to Muslims for Haj yatra, wages of Muslim teachers and Imams are given to Muslims are given by looting the Hindu temples. No such subsidy is given to Hindus for going to Hindu religious places or any wages to Hindu religious priests or Hindu teachers. In fact congress secular government creates many obstacles for Hindus for going to Amarnath Yatra. Even after 65 years of independence reservation is given on religious grounds while it should have been abolished by this time. If at all reservation or subsidy is needed, then it should be purely on economic grounds rather on the grounds of minorities. Such reservations affect the quality of work. Congress party giving various kinds of allurements to minorities to buy their votes with Hindu money. In the government many people are with Hindu names but in fact many are Muslims and Christians with Hindu names to fools Hindus and to show in the government, majority people are Hindus. Sonia Gandhi is also anti-Hindu as she is considering implementing New Draconian Law anti-Hindu law.

I think Hindus are thoroughly taken for granted by Hindu politicians like Karunanidhi, Yadavs, Mamata Banarjee. If they strong resist and fight back against these dogs, the situation wouldn't have been like this now in India for Hindus. Abduction Jihad, Love Jihad, suicidal Jihad must be crushed to death. Jai Hind. Hindus must unite and crush all forms of Jihad.

Both politicians and ordinary people know very well that India will soon become a Hindu minority state if such anti-Hindu policies continue - leading to growth of power and number to Jehadis. Yet our politicians provide all direct and indirect help to Jehadis on different pretext - just to ensure that they remain in power. They don't ever think of our future generations - for they are happy to remain in power for now. Similarly, Hindus even after knowing very well activities of Jehadis - from bomb blast to other crimes to Love Jehad - now even taking the form of Abduction Jehad - still don't unite. It is because of this attitude our politicians can take Hindus for granted - that even if they pursue strong anti-Hindu, anti-India policies, hindus would still vote for such parties. Some of the Hindus that I have pointed out to warn their growing up daughters against Love Jehad have felt disturbed. If such is the attitude of Hindus, then they have to bear the consequences. GSK Menon 30/05/2012 21:19:34	Centre to challenge AP HC Order All Hindu organisations should get themselves impleaded as Respondents and raise the basic question as to who is a Minority ? There is no defnition of Minority in our Constitution. There are religious minorities, linguistic minorities, non-believers, small ethnic groups etc etc. The successive Congress governments have misinterpreted the term Minority to mean religious minorities only and thereby favoured only Muslims and Christians. In the process Sikhs, Jains, Parsis, Buddhists etc have been omitted. This anomaly needs to be rectified. Hindus are in a minority in Kashmir, North East and in several districts in the country. This issue has to go before a Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court. I hope Hindu organisations, including BJP, RSS, VHP will get impleaded and raise all questions effectively.
skg 30/05/2012 08:13:54	Khangress has a very urgency in the matters of Minorities. First of all who are minorities. Hindus in Kashmir are minorities. This bloody khangress has a very urgency when it comes to matters of minorities ( especially muslims)because they constitute a big vote bank. How come they don't act with such an urgency when it comes to matters related to Kashmiri Pandits, issues related to Hindus. Hindus awake. Don't let Khangress scoundrels take you for granted. Their phoney secularism will destroy Hindus in the long run. By 2050 Muslims will become Majority and Khangress will still continue minrority subsidies,reservations etc. Khangress politicians should have gone to jail by now, especially chidambaram, sonia maino, kapil sibal for corruption related charges. CBI is grossly misused by khangress dogs.

What is soft Hindutva? Hindutva itself is soft. Had it not been soft and flexible, no other religion would have entered our country. Softness, compassion and mobility is the philosophy of Hindutva. What is hard Hindutva? I don't know.
