VS seeks Pinarai Vijayan's removal

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Veteran Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) leader and former Kerala chief minister V.S. Achuthanandan has asked the party's national leadership to remove his rival Pinarayi Vijayan as state secretary. In a letter to party general secretary Prakash Karat and politburo member Sitaram Yechuri, he also said that many party faithful were leaving it because of "wrong policies" of the state leadership.

Such kind of "wrong Policies" were there from the very inception, rather it was the essence of communist creed. Suppressing dissenting voices, eliminating opponents are normal for communist parties not only in India but all over the world from the erstwhile Soviet Union (Lenin, Stalin etc.,) China (Mao)Pol Pot (Cambodia) to name a few. These regimes were ruthlessly brutal, allowed no dissenting voices. In India too though there are several communist parties the only difference one can perceive is their various kinds of crooked ways in usurping power. The more virulent form thinks that power grows out of the barrel of a gun. So they gun down many innocent villagers, police personnel (most of them are coming from very poor families whom they want to serve in their Utopian empire - we have seen such an empire's performance in Cultural Revolution and Tianamen square massacre and they are bent upon repeating those kind of performances in India like Pol Pot did it Cambodia).

How many innocents were killed earlier too. The most barbaric of all such killings, the hacking down of Jayakrishnan Master in front of his pupils. Imagine the nightmare of the small kids after seeing such a barbarity. Why he did not object to such wrong policies ? Why now ? These are the questions Shri Achuthanandan should answer. Or does he too think it is O.K. to murder any one who does not subscribe to the cult called communism.
