Dear Editor Namate

The questions raised here, are posted by me earlier on my blog Hindutvameva Vijayate and you have copied them and published here without my permission. This is against copyright laws. You must be aware that by default all the bloggers have copyrights of their material.

I request you to remove the part which you have copied from my blog and otherwise I will have to consult lawyer.

Don't steal others' talent in the name of Hindutva and patriotism, this cheap attitude will only defame Hindutva.

HK’s Response,

We fully respect the ‘Copy Rights’ of the Blog Owner. HK – Is only a platform for all like minded Hindus , we have posted the article forwarded to us by Shri Upananda Brahmachari , As it has made aware that it was posted earlier in the above blog, we have removed it and provided the link instead. HK never have tried to claim the ownership of any articles which never belonged to us and have always tried to give the source link whereever appropriate in the past. We are happy that Hindu Activists in blog are very much legally aware regarding their rights and wish if a small percentage of Hindus have taken the legal course in many of the discriminations against Hindus – There were not even a need for Hindu portals like HK, HJS or Hindu Samhiti.
We are not ashamed to apologize and have removed the part which the owner claimed from the link

The way apology is written looks like the admin has done the favor on the author. Still, I am again thankful to the the admin and Mr. Upananda Brahmachari too. I did not expect and request about the apology. Ethics are expected in every field and I did not expect something very strange by requesting to remove copied content. I read all the comments. I don't think I should respond to the people who do not dare to give original names and also who really did not understand the matter. Hindava Keralam was not appreciating my writing but had published the article by someone else's name. Is this matter too much heavy to understand? The most important point, I had respect for the site HK, for the very reason, this attitude of coping disappointed me very much. If such things are usually accepted by the site readers then nobody will understand the point. Thanks for everything. Namaste. But the context here has been that the threat to initiate legal action gives doubt about the very intention of that blog and its owner. Are we all subscribing and wasting time on the net by scrolling through all such blogs for Hindu cause or to generate income for the blogs?

Jealousy, intolerance, etc. towards own people are the typical character of the Hindus and this kind of attitude of the Hindu has only destroyed the nation, if one sees the history. KKR 20/05/2012 23:06:51	Both sides to handle it with better understanding and vision Dear Hindu brothers and sisters, The solution to similar problems is to for the HK to publish a policy statement in the site for writers to know. In that you can make it clear on articles from other sources. Writers also should volunteer to write to the owners of the original publishers asking for permission before sending it to HK. Secondly they should make it clear that, if it originally belongs to them. Many times I have seen people copying and publishing my articles else where. But I have considered them only as good efforts to publish the ideas and helping them spread to more people. As some of the readers have already pointed it out, the authors of these kinds of articles need not have to take it to extreme possessiveness. Instead appreciate the good will behind it.

Instead of being appreciative of the fact that her work is being used to highlight the problems and help the ommunity she allows her ego to come in and make 'cheap' comments against the people involved in the work on this site. The author of the earlier comments has so clearly credited the questions to her yet she gets nasty. What's her problem? Most bloggers are happy when their comments are appreciated and distributed on the Net.
