Teesta Javed Playing political games over dead bodies - High Court

Mumbai based Teesta Javed Setalvad’s NGO Citizen for Justice and Peace(CJP), yesterday faced Gujarat High Court’s anger. CJP was scold by the judges and it’s amended application was rejected.

Teesta Javed Setalvad’s NGO Citizen for Justice and Peace had filed a public interest litigation in Gujarat High Court seven years back regarding compensation to 2002 Godhra riot victims. After several years gap, the NGO filed amendment which was bigger than the original application.

The High Court bench of Chief Justice SJ Mukhopadhyay and Akil Qureshi scold Teesta Javed’s NGO ‘Citizen for Justice and Peace’ and told, “your original PIL was admitted seven years back. So where were you all these years. It seems you have no genuine feelings for the riot victims. You have presented photographs of dead bodies of riot victims. What do you want to prove by showing dead bodies photographs? You want to prove your feelings for riot victims showing such photographs? It seems you are more interested in playing political games than getting justice through your PIL.”

The High Court judges cautioned the NGO for such activity.

It should be mentioned here that Teesta Javed’s NGO had filed number of issues of its magazine, photographs of dead bodies, reports published on websites, documents accusing the state government and Chief Minister etc. The size of this proposed amendment was about three and half thousand pages.

The court rejected Teesta Javed’s NGO’s amendment application.

Teesta Javed sethalwad's NGO is actually working on an anti hindu agenda and she is not at all concerned with welfare of all Indians. She is only concerned with with welfare of Muslims. I think she is paid agent of some anti natonal forces. She is targetting only Gujrath Goverment and hindu organisations and nationalist leaders. She is fraud human right activist.The court order on her application is welcome.

Don’t trust this judges especially Mukopadya his own track record is not good when he was with Madras High Court. Same judge asked Gujarat govt to give 2 Lakh to each illegal Bangladeshi before deporting to WB border. Our tax money to be given to some one who is not from our country see how is that fellow judgments. I will request to spread this kind of tactic to each and every one who sympathizes with BJP in Gujarat. Just ask them not to mis guided by congress rallies and speeches.

Now judges where involved in balancing act one day they will write judgment against BJP and after few days in there favor to please BJP supporters.

Let me tell you Judges can be influenced by president just before hearing any case, very good example is Ram Mandir. when ever there is hearing judges seek advice what to say on it, so this many years have taken even after 1992. see today Amar Singh got relief for 2 month in curroption case, see how president can be used..This tactic is to garner Muslim vote ahead of state election.

Same tactic BJP could nt do when they came to power, they appointed a Muslim as president so that they can garner Muslim vote but they where wrong.

I would recommend every one to read this link and spread across your friends circle. Make it listen to every one. You can see good example from history how when and where judges are influenced by president on Ram Mandir. Same is happening with Gujarat and BJP.
