5th Minister – Victory to Muslim League

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Ignoring the warning from the friends and foes of UDF – Congress has agreed to the claim of Muslim League for a fifth minister in the Kerala cabinet.The UDF meeting convened on Wednesday here decided to give Manjalamkuzhi Ali of Muslim League a cabinet entry.
Both Anoop Jacob and Manjalamkuzhi Ali will take oath as cabinet ministers at 10 am on Thursday.With this expansion, the number of ministers from minority communities has risen to 12 in the 21-member cabinet.
